Mend website and waitlist
Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of mend.app and the Mend prelaunch waitlist, each operated by Mend App Inc. They do not govern the future Mend application, which will have separate terms before launch.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. By joining the waitlist, you also confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that the email address is yours or you are authorized to use it, and that you agree to receive the launch notification and closely related launch updates. If you do not agree, do not use the site or join the waitlist.
What the site is right now
The site is a prelaunch page where you can learn about Mend and request launch updates. The Mend app is not yet available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, priority, a particular launch date, features, pricing, or availability, and it does not require Mend to launch or provide the app.
Waitlist communications
We will handle your email as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by using the unsubscribe method in an email after sending begins or by contacting privacy@mend.app.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site. This includes submitting false or unauthorized information; attempting to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems; scraping or harvesting information; introducing malicious code; circumventing security or rate limits; or using the site for an unlawful purpose.
Informational content only
Current site content is general prelaunch information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the site for a medical emergency.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the Mend name, logos, text, images, graphics, and design, are owned by Mend App Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except as law permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or reuse them without our prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and policies apply.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on it will always be complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mend App Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the site or waitlist. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the site or waitlist at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively. We may suspend or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or Mend.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory rights available to you under the law where you live remain unaffected.
General terms
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Mend concerning the prelaunch site and waitlist.
